DESCRIPTION
This Exmoor Trim PVC Tonneau Cover Kit is a comprehensive package designed specifically for the Defender Truck Cab 90.
This kit combines high-quality, practical elements to enhance your vehicle's load capacity and weather resistance. The durable PVC cover, available in Black, Sand, or Khaki, is secured via elasticated bungee straps that connect to the vehicle's standard rope hooks.
A unique set of bars included in the kit bolsters the load area's height by 180mm and improves weather sealing. This, along with a full width drain channel that attaches to the back of your cab, work together to keep your load area dry and protected from the elements.
All included metalwork features a durable galvanised finish, providing both resilience and aesthetic appeal. For added flexibility, the cover can be rolled up against the cab when not needed, and the bars set is easily detachable by unbolting the corner clamps.
The installation process has been simplified and requires minimal drilling. The kit is designed to use your vehicle’s existing fittings, providing a straightforward setup experience. To make the installation even easier, the fitting kit includes everything required - all the nuts, bolts, and rivets, as well as a replacement set of side of body and rear rope hooks. Please note that the full width drain channel does require riveting to the back of the cab.
